📦 Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
Used or sterilized products are not eligible for return unless found defective upon arrival.
⚠️ Products that are used and later claimed to be defective cannot be returned. Only unused faulty items may qualify for a return or refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Used, sterilized, or damaged products (unless proven defective upon arrival).
Custom or personalized items.
Opened sterile packaging.
Items marked as final sale.
